Last Thursday I took my exam and passed. I give all the credit to you and Real Estate Trainers! Here's the honest truth! When I first started taking the exam I literally stopped, looked up, and whispered "Is this some kind of joke?" I didn't believe that the test was real because I had seen practically all of the questions before on the Master and Broker Exams! There were some short sales questions that caught me off guard. I do have some feedback questions for you but I have to send them later. Overall, the majority of questions were in the book.
Once again, I apologize for the negative review. I got my money's worth and will gladly tell folks about Real Estate Trainers. Don't be surprised if I contact you about coaching. Thanks for everything!

I passed the Broker Exam!! Thank you for the Broker Training program you put on last weekend (5/14/22 & 5/15/22). My brain was fried by the end and I was worried. Going into the training I was sure I was going to be good, because I had been studying on the computer tests. Then you said that was only part of the test and that we should be looking in the book.
I studied and studied and studied that book and the book we studied together on every break from your class on Saturday and Sunday, after the class Sunday night til 10:30pm and Monday and Tuesday (plus in the car before the test).
When I first started the practice tests I was scoring in the 30-45% range. By the Friday before your crash course I was scoring 83-86% on the computer generated tests.. I realized by the middle of Saturday that I probably should have taken your course a few weeks before the test and not 2-3 days before. So when I started taking the tests in the book AFTER your crash course I was slid back to between 66%-78% on on the tests. Needless to say, I was worried (but not too worried because it wasn't life or death, and I could take it again). I figured that when I took it I would be straddling the line with either a "just missed it" or "just passed".
When I went in yesterday, it felt easy. I'm sure if I got my score it would be in the mid to high 80's. I felt like your stories helped anchor the terms to my brain. Right to sell, right to commission. Simple and makes sense. About 50 questions in I realized that I had it. I was going to pass, unless they completely changed the rhythm of the test. It took me 2 hours and 20 minutes.
SO, thank you. The class and the materials made a huge difference in me feeling prepared, then not prepared, but then prepared again. Without the class, materials, and instruction I would be in a completely different boat. YAY!
Hope you have a great rest of your week and weekend. And while I understand you don't really like teaching that class, you are very good at it. But for your weekends' sake, I hope you are able to find some recruits to try to fill your shoes.

I PASSED the Broker Exam 6/18/21! Whew so glad! last time I got 71%.It was so strange and so many changes,I cannot remember a lot of it, but it was so different than the one I took in April.

Tricia was a huge factor in my passing my CA Broker exam on the first try. I had been studying the crash course books and Computrainer without any real focus until I took Tricia’s weekend crash course. She highlighted the things we needed to know and her stories and insight helped give context to the concepts I needed to know to pass. Tricia stressed knowing concepts above all which was the most important information she could have given me. I took Tricia’s crash course twice which I would recommend as there is a lot of information to get through. I would highly recommend taking what she teaches to heart. I did not use any other study materials beyond what Tricia highlighted and stressed was important.

First time PASSED! Took the broker crash Course with Ms Trish, studied the master question books and passed at my first attempt. Definitely would recommend, and I'd note I wish they would extend half a day to the crash course, so instead of 2 days 9-3:30pm and one day 9-1pm they'd do 3 days 9-3:30pm I think it'll make it even better but other then that, Ms Trish was amazing, Thank You!!!
